Please follow the steps below to permanently delete your account.
If you have the Question Cloud platform open, log in to your account using your credentials.
Once logged in, go to your account settings. Look for the "Delete Account" option, which is usually located in the "Account" or "Profile" section.
Select the reason for deleting your account. Your feedback is valuable and helps us enhance our services
Carefully review your decision and the selected reason. Confirm that you wish to proceed with the account deletion.
Once you confirm, your account deletion request will be processed. Your account will be scheduled for permanent deletion within 48 hours.
Your data will be retained for 48 hours after initiating the deletion process. If you change your mind within this period, you can log in and cancel the deletion.
After 48 hours, your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted. This action cannot be undone, and your account cannot be recovered.
