1. I didn’t receive OTP while registering at Question Cloud. What shall I do?

  • 1. Make sure that the provided Email/Mobile number is correct. In case, the entered Email/Mobile is incorrect, change it to the correct one and then wait for OTP.
  • 2. If OTP is not received within 2 Minutes, then click ‘resend OTP’ link.
  • 3. If both the points mentioned above don't work, then try, creating account with alternate Email/Mobile or Call us @ +91 78240 25188

2. How to purchase an entire subject in a class?

  • Either you can buy it by clicking on the BUY NOW button at the bottom of the concerned subject or add that subject into cart by clicking add to cart button placed on the top right corner of the subject concerned.

3. How to purchase a single chapter/topic in a subject?

  • Either you can buy it by clicking on the BUY NOW button at the bottom of the concerned chapter/topic or add that chapter/topic into cart by clicking add to cart button placed on the top right corner of the chapter/topic concerned.

4. How many times can I write a purchased exam?

  • Users/Candidates can write all tests that they have purchased ‘n’ number of times until their validity ends.

5. How can I buy a Test Series?

  • Either you can buy it by clicking on the BUY NOW button at the bottom of the concerned Test Series or add that Test Series into cart by clicking add to cart button placed on the top right corner of the Test Series concerned.

6. Where can I see my previously attempted test results?

  • By clicking the ‘Results’ button at the left menu of user/candidate dashboard, an user can see all his previously attempted test results.

7. What is a ‘Promo Code’? I have gotten a Question Cloud’s promo code from my friend. How can I use it?

  • i. A promo code is a code that gives you an offer/concession in payment while purchasing a test package at questioncloud.
  • ii. Select the Subject/Test Series/Tests you want to purchase by clicking the ‘add to cart’ symbol in its top right corn

8. Can I use my Question Cloud account in more than one device simultaneously?

  • No, Question Cloud permits a user/candidate to use his account in only one device at a time.

9. How can I contact Question Cloud?
